目的

评价二维码辅助技术在介入进修生三阶段培养的应用价值。

方法

选择郑州大学第一附属医院2020—2021年的82名进修生为研究对象,所有学生采用三阶段带教(时间3个月)。按照进修年份不同分为2组,每组进修生41名。采用理论考试、实操分级(优秀/良好/一般)、调查问卷比较两种带教模式差异。

结果

2组均顺利完成教学任务。观察组理论考试成绩(79.4 ± 7.4)分,对照组(71.5 ± 6.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t = 3.50,P = 0.001);观察组实操分级优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[34例(82.9%)比27例(65.9%),χ2 = 9.22,P = 0.03];调查问卷显示,观察组在学习效率、带教方法、学习兴趣及知识结构方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。

结论

二维码辅助技术能提高介入进修生三阶段学习效果,值得进一步推广。

Objective

To evaluate the application value of the QR code assisted technology for advanced interventional students during three-stage training.

Methods

From 2020 to 2021, 82 advanced interventional students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research subjects, and all students were taught in three stages (for a period of 3 months). Experimental group (n = 41) used QR code assisted conventional explanation training, and control group (n = 41) used conventional explanation training. The differences between the two training modes were compared by theoretical examination, practical operation grading (excellent/good/general ) and questionnaire.

Results

Both groups successfully completed the training tasks. The theoretical test score of the experimental group was (79.4 ± 7.4), while the control group was (71.5 ± 6.9), with a statistically significant difference (t = 3.50, P = 0.001). The excellent and good rate of practical grading in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [34 cases (82.9%) vs. 27 cases (65.9%)], with a statistically significant difference (χ2 = 9.22, P = 0.03). The questionnaire showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of learning efficiency (χ2 = 18.30, P = 0.00), teaching methods (χ2 = 6.61, P = 0.01), learning interest (χ2 = 6.61, P = 0.01) and knowledge structure (χ2 = 4.321, P = 0.03).

Conclusion

QR code assisted technology can improve the efficiency of three-stage training for advanced interventional students, which is worthy of further promotion.
