"One-stop" hybrid surgery treatment of medical care cooperation in patients with pernicious placenta previa by implantation

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the application value and importance of "one-stop" hybrid surgery in the treatment of patients with pernicious placenta previa by implantation.

Methods

This paper retrospectively analyzed the cases of patients with pernicious placenta previa by implantation who were treated by multidisciplinary cooperative hybrid surgery and summarized the key points of medical care cooperation and nursing coordination in "one-stop" hybrid surgery.

Results

The "one-stop" hybrid surgery with multidisciplinary cooperation and the "L" type nursing cooperation mode ensured the smooth completion of the surgery without postoperative complications, and the puerpera was discharged on the fourth day after surgery.

Conclusions

Patients with pernicious placenta previa by implantation are critically ill and difficult to operate.The key points for the success of "one-stop" hybrid surgery are multidisciplinary consultation, radiation protection, safe transport, the skilled multidisciplinary medical care and predictive nursing measures according to potential complications.
