输卵管积水是诱发不孕症的主要危险因素之一,子宫输卵管造影(hysterosalpingography,HSG)是诊断输卵管积水的重要检查方法。因此,HSG在诊断输卵管积水方面具有良好的发展前景,放射医师应熟悉并掌握该疾病的HSG表现。文章就HSG对于输卵管积水的诊断及相关研究进行综述。

Hydrosalpinx is one of the risk factors for infertility. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is a candidate for use as a diagnostic tool in hydrosalpinx. It is important to know the HSG manifestations of hydrosalpinx for the radiologists. HSG provides insight into the diagnosis of this entity. This paper summarizes the typical and atypical appearances based on HSG for hydrosalpinx and the relevant studies.
