肠系膜动脉缺血性疾病是一种较为少见的急腹症,起病隐匿,进展迅速,病死率高,症状与体征不相符是其主要特点。急性肠缺血的发病率随年龄的增长呈指数增加,在老年患者(>75岁)中,急性肠缺血的发生率较阑尾炎高。因此,对于老年的急腹症患者,要考虑到急性肠系膜缺血的可能性。文章将围绕急性肠系膜动脉缺血性疾病的影像诊断以及治疗方法的新进展进行系统综述。

Acute mesenteric artery ischemic disease is a relatively rare acute abdomeninal condition with insidious onset, rapid progression, high morbidity and mortality rate and a mismatch between symptoms and signs as its main features. The incidence of intestinal ischemia increases exponentially with age, and is higher in elderly patients (>75 years) than in appendicitis. Therefore, elderly patients with acute abdomen should consider the possibility of suffering from acute mesenteric ischemia. This article provides a systematic review of current advances in the imaging diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric artery ischemic disease.
