目的

研究下肢深静脉血栓形成患者和非血栓疾病患者的抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)活性差异及意义。

方法

回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月于本院治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者252例及非血栓性疾病患者212例,收集各组的临床资料,测量所有患者的ATⅢ活性,比较两组间ATⅢ活性的差异。

结果

深静脉血栓组ATⅢ活性(IU/dL)为85.16±15.58,非血栓疾病组为87.92±19.09,两组ATⅢ差异无统计学意义。

结论

本组研究未发现深静脉血栓组及非血栓组ATⅢ活性差异有统计学意义,对深静脉血栓患者测量ATⅢ活性可对抗凝方案提供参考。

Objective

To investigate the difference of the plasma antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) between deep venous thrombosis and non-thrombosis patients.

Methods

A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 252 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and 212 patients without thrombotic diseases in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. The ATⅢ level in all patients was measured,and the difference of ATⅢ level was compared between the two groups.

Results

There is no significant difference in ATⅢ level (IU/dL) between the deep venous thrombosis group (85.16±15.58) and the non-thrombosis group (87.92±19.09).

Conclusions

In this study, there was no difference in ATⅢlevel between deep venous thrombosis group and non-thrombosis group. The measurement of ATⅢ level in patients with deep vein thrombosis can provide a reference for anticoagulant therapy.
