近年来各级医院及美容机构广泛开展面部注射填充术,各种并发症也随之而来,而眼动脉及其分支栓塞所致的失明当属最严重的并发症之一。医源性所致视网膜中央动脉栓塞起病急、进展快,且预后差,易出现视力下降甚至失明,因此预防医源性所致眼动脉及其分支栓塞的发生,及时发现其临床表现和尽早治疗尤为重要。文章通过回顾近年来国内外相关文献,总结了医源性视网膜中央动脉栓塞的临床表现、发病机理及治疗和预后。

With the development of cosmetic facial filler injection in recent years, adverse events and complications related to it have followed, and the most disastrous one is blindness caused by ophthalmic artery and its branch embolization.Due to the sudden onset, rapid progression, poor prognosis and often catastrophic consequences of blindness, it is crucial to realize the clinical manifestations for diagnosis and to deal with these conditions as soon as possible to prevent it from serious consequences.In this paper,the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis were reviewed.
