腔内放射性粒子条是参照放射治疗计划系统(TPS)使放射性粒子(如125I)在预先制作的管材内呈连续线性排列组合而成,是用于治疗恶性肿瘤腔道狭窄的低能放射源,其随着放射性125I粒子在各种肿瘤组织种植取得良好疗效的基础上,近些年逐步发展起来,并在胆道、体静脉血管、门静脉等腔道肿瘤控制方面取得了可喜的疗效。经空间布局优化的腔道内适形粒子条成为目前发展的方向。相关研究对不同肿瘤所致的恶性梗阻腔道内粒子条治疗效果及安全性等方面进行了总结,本文就此进行综述。

The intracavitary radioactive seeds strand is a low-energy radioactive source for the treatment of malignant tumor stenosis, and it could be combined with radiotherapy treatment planning system (TPS) in a continuous linear arrangement of radioactive seeds (such as 125I) in pre-made tubing. Based on the good curative effect of various tumor tissue implants, radioactive 125I seeds have been gradually developed in recent years, and have achieved gratifying effects in the control of biliary, venous and portal vein tumors. The conformal seeds strand in the channel optimized by spatial layout has become the current development direction. The related research reviewed and summarized the therapeutic effect and safety of the seeds strand in the malignant obstruction caused by different tumors.
