目的:

评价给125I放射粒子植入术后患者佩戴防辐射口罩对125I放射粒子辐射的防护效果。

方法:

选取我院2015年12月至2017年12月因腭部腺样囊性癌行125I放射粒子植入术治疗的患者36例,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组18例。对照组术后采用距离防辐射,试验组术后采用125I放射粒子植入术后患者专用口罩,监测并比较距离两组对象0、20、50 cm的辐射剂量。

结果:

对照组与试验组植入的125I数分别为(30±3)颗和(31±2)颗,差异无统计学意义(t=1.177,P=0.248)。试验组术后接受的辐射剂量远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。且试验组监测的辐射剂量符合国家标准规定的辐射剂量的公众限值2.5 μSv/h以下。

结论:

使用防辐射口罩可以有效降低和屏蔽手术后125I放射性粒子对外界的放射,使患者可以正常的与外界交流和生活,促进身体恢复,提高患者满意度。

Objective:

To evaluate the radiation shielding effect of 125I radiation mask on radiation of 125I patients after radioactive seed implantation.

Methods:

From December 2015 to December 2017, 36 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of palate treated with 125I radioactive seed implantation were randomly divided into control group (n=18) and experimental group (n=18) . The patients in control group were treated with distance protection and the patients in experimental group with 125I radioactive seed implantation wore the mask. The radiation dosage of two groups of subjects with the radiation lengths of 0, 20 and 50 cm were monitored using radiation-proof apparatus.

Results:

We found that the radiation dose of mask group was significantly lower than that of the non-mask group (P<0.01) after 125I radioactive seed implantation. After wearing the mask, the mean dose monitored after the operation was in accordance with the public limit of 2.5 μSv/h stipulated by the national standard.

Conclusions:

The use of radiation masks can effectively reduce and shield the radiation of 125I radioactive particles to the outside world after surgery, so the patients can communicate with the outside world and normal life, promote physical recovery, and the patient satisfaction can be improved.
