Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional treatment of femoral head aseptic necrosis (ANFH) by femoral artery.
Methods A retrospective analysis was made on February 2012 to February 2014 in our department from 43 cases of femoral aseptic necrosis of femoral head. The patients clinical data, all patients are used Seldinger technique to thrombolysis and vasodilator drugs injected into femoral artery puncture.
Results This group of 43 cases of femoral head aseptic necrosis patients, 46 patients with hip femoral artery interventional therapy, pain disappeared in 28 cases, significantly reduced in 11 cases, relieved in 7 cases; after treatment, the integrated evaluation: normal 29, grade I 8, II grade 5, grade Ⅲ 2, no change or increase 2, improved rate was 95.6% (44/46).
Conclusions Via femoral artery puncture injection thrombolysis and vasodilator drug treatment of ANFH can promote new bone of the femoral head formation and dead bone absorption, for the repair of femoral head to an important role, shows the method to improve the blood supply of the femoral head has important clinical curative effect.
