Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the effect of different time of simple intelligent air pressure band blocking superficial venous blood flow on antegrade thrombolysis through dorsalis pedis of central or mixed lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.

Methods

From 2019 to 2021, 120 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis who met inclusion/exclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group, experimental groupⅠ, experimental groupⅡ and experimental groupⅢ, with 30 patients in each group. They were given different inflation/pressure relief time intervention, 15 minutes in routine group, 10 minutes in experimental groupⅠ, 20 minutes in experimental groupⅡ and 25 minutes in experimental groupⅢ.

Results

one day after thrombolysis, the peripheral diameter difference of both lower limbs in the four groups was statistically different (P < 0.05). At the end of thrombolytic therapy, there was no statistical difference in the thrombus clearance rate among the four groups (P > 0.05), but there was a statistical difference in the thrombus clearance rate among the four groups after three-day thrombolysis (P < 0.05). On the day of thrombolysis and3 days after thrombolysis, there were statistical differences in the color and pain of the distal skin of the blocked part of the affected limb among the four groups (P < 0.05).

Conclusions

During anterograde thrombolysis through the superficial dorsal vein of the affected limb, the simple intelligent pneumatic belt is used to inflate and block for 15 min at 15 cm above the ankle joint of the affected limb, and deflate and relieve the pressure for 15 min, which can achieve the ideal effect of auxiliary thrombolysis, have little impact on the venous blood reflux of the affected limb, and maintain the comfort of the affected limb.
