Perioperative observation and nursing care of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs treated by plaque circumcision and volume reduction technique

Abstract

Abstract:

The perioperative nursing of 37 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans underwent atherectomy volume reduction surgery was summarized. The main nursing measures include preoperative psychological care, control of underlying diseases, care of affected limbs, and close postoperative monitoring to prevent bleeding, embolism, renal insufficiency, ischemia-reperfusion injury, acute myocardial infarction and other related complications to ensure perioperative safety of patients.
