Advances in interventional diagnosis and treatment of chylous fistula

Abstract:

Chylous fistula is a rare but severe disease in clinic.In recent years,great progress has been made in the application of lymphangiography and interventional embolization in the diagnosis and treatment of chylous fistula,which is expected to prevent the patients with chylous fistula who have failed conservative treatment from surgical intervention.This article reviews the latest progress of anatomy and physiology,lymphangiography and interventional embolization in chylous fistula,so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chylous fistula.
