Abstract:

Objective:

To explore the effect of precision nursing in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation (MWA) .

Methods:

A total of 60 cases of TACE combined with MWA of hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing interventional vascular surgery from November 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) in chronological order. The patients in control group received routine nursing care. Based on the control group, the patients in observation group received precision nursing methods, and the postoperative urine stay, backache, nausea and vomiting, insomnia incidence, awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.

Results:

The incidence of postoperative urinary retention, nausea, vomiting, backache and insomnia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05) , and the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .

Conclusion:

The application of precise nursing method to TACE combined with MWA in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma can signif-icantly reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, increase the overall comfort after interventional therapy, and improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care.
