Abstract:

Objective:

To explore the effect of special disease nursing combined with congenital education in patients with aortic dissection after interventional therapy.

Methods:

A total of 70 patients with aortic dissection were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Thirty-five patients in each group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in observation group were treated in the control group. On the basis of the use of special disease care combined with congenital education method, the two groups of patients were compared with postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate.

Results:

The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) : the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (100% vs. 82.9%, χ2=6.563, P<0.05) .

Conclusion:

Special disease nursing combined with congenital education method in the treatment of aortic dissection in patients with interventional therapy can significantly reduce the postoperative adverse reactions and complications and improve patients' care satisfaction.
