Abstract:
Objective: Discussion on the effect of the management mode applied in doctors and nurses work as group responsibility system in the interventional ward.
Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the patients' satisfaction, nurses' satisfaction and doctor's satisfaction degeree. Relative data of medical care quality was collected and compared with the survey results before the implementation of the management mode on these medical staff.
Results: After the implementation of the management mode of doctors and nurses work as group responsibility system in the interventional ward, patients' satisfaction with medical care, doctors' satisfaction with nursing work and nurses' satisfaction with the doctors were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The number of doctors and nurses who were most liked and satisfied by patients was significantly increased, as reflected in patients’ thank-notes, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusions: The implementation of the management mode of doctors and nurses work as group responsibility system in the Intervention Specialist wards can effectively improve the doctor, nurse and patient’s relationship, bring them closer together to achieve the ultimate satisfaction by the patients and their family, and medical staff as well.
