Abstract:

Objective

To explore low molecular dextran and ligustrazine effect of intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot treatment, for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot (DF) to provide reference.

Methods

A total of 68 cases with severe DF by intravenous low molecular dextran and ligustrazine, and interventional therapy, the curative effect were observed after 4 weeks of treatment.

Results

All of 68 patients were relieved or disappeared after treatment, and the clinical effect was good.

Conclusions

Low molecular dextran and ligustrazine intervention in treatment of DF can improve and affected the blood of the foot ,the occurrence and development of effective prevention and control of DF, significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
