图1 腹腔干动脉造影显示：肝动脉重度狭窄合并血栓形成，肝动脉肝内分支稀疏，显影浅淡

图2 以3 mm直径微球囊扩张肝动脉狭窄段

图3 放置Solitaire支架后可见内支架定位良好，肝动脉狭窄段管腔恢复通畅，但肝动脉及其分支仍显影浅淡

图4 脾动脉主干栓塞后再次造影显示肝动脉管腔增粗，分支较前丰富
