颅内动脉瘤行单纯栓塞或支架辅助栓塞的过程中,血栓形成或血栓栓塞是主要并发症之一。如何预防颅内动脉瘤,尤其是破裂动脉瘤,以及介入栓塞术中、术后的血栓形成是目前的一个研究热点。其中,以盐酸替罗非班(以下称替罗非班)为代表的GpⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂,因其较短血浆半衰期及撤药后血小板功能恢复迅速的优点而越来越多的应用于临床。本文主要就替罗非班在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。
