Nursing of patients with motor neurone disease undergoing DSA-guided percutaneous gastrostomy

Abstract

Abstract:

The essentials for the nursing of DSA-guided percutaneous gastrostomy for 5 patients with motor neurone disease were summarized, mainly including observation, effective communication, maintaining airway patency, tube feeding nursing, fistula tube maintenance, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications, so as to improve patients' quality of life and survival.
