Nursing care of a patient complicated with old myocardial infarction and chronic isolated iliac artery dissection after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract:

The nursing experience of a patient with chronic solitary iliac artery dissection combined with old myocardial infarction undergoing interventional therapy was summarized.The key points of nursing included: monitoring vital signs, chief complaints and cardiovascular accident symptoms, bleeding risk assessment, guidance on anti-platelet drugs, psychological care, etc. Through the above active and effective nursing care, the symptoms of internal iliac artery embolism syndrome (numbness and pain in the left lower limb and left buttock) were relieved.The patient recovered and was discharged on the 6th day after operation.
