Interventions for femoral head necrosis with traditional Chinese and western medcine

Objective

To explore the interventions of femoral head necrosis by using traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Methods

A total of 26 patients with femoral head necrosis were supercatheterized and infused with vasodilator, thrombolytics and microcirculation promoting agents into the feeding arteries of the necrotic femoral heads.

Results

The aspects of artery feeding and dysfunctions were restored, and the symptoms were relieved with degrees.

Conclusions

Interventional treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine for femoral head necrosis is a safe and effective management.
