比较子宫动脉介入栓塞治疗内生型子宫瘢痕妊娠（CSP）与外生型CSP的临床疗效。

选取2017年1月至2018年1月诊断为内生型CSP的患者30例为观察组，2016年1月至2017年1月诊断为外生型CSP的患者30例为对照组，两组均经于子宫动脉介入栓塞治疗后行单纯清宫术。比较两组患者清宫时的出血量、术后的疼痛程度、住院时间、血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）恢复正常时间以及月经恢复时间等，以评估治疗效果。

观察组清宫时出血量、住院时间、术后的疼痛程度、血清β-HCG恢复正常的时间以及月经恢复的时间均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

子宫动脉介入栓塞治疗内生型CSP的效果优于外生型CSP，彩超对CSP的系统分型有利于临床进一步治疗。

To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of endogenous cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) and exogenous CSP.

Thirty cases of endophytic CSP cicatricial pregnancy from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases diagnosed as exogenous CSP from January 2016 to January 2017 without systematic classification were randomly selected as control group, and the two groups were treated with pure uterine operation after interventional therapy. The difference of data between the two groups was compared, such as the amount of bleeding, degree of postoperative pain, time of hospitalization, normal time for recovery of serum HCG, and recovery time of menstruation.

In the observation group, the amount of bleeding, time of hospitalization, degree of pain after the operation, recovery time of serum HCG and recovery time of menstruation were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .

Interventional embolization of uterine artery is better than exogenous CSP in the treatment of endogenetic CSP. It should actively advocate a more systematic classification of CSP by color Doppler ultrasound, so as to provide better therapy for clinical treatment.
