目的:

了解包头地区医学生对介入放射学的认知情况,探讨医学院校开设介入放射学课程的必要性。

方法:

于2016年7月对内蒙古科技大学包头医学院的300名学生进行问卷调查。主要调查学生对介入放射学知识的认识、获取介入放射学知识的途径、对介入放射学学科地位的评价及学生对介入放射学的就业取向等。

结果:

本次调查中,回收有效问卷236份,有效回收率78.66%。其中有198人知道有介入放射学这门课程,占83.90%。其中有127人(64.14%)了解介入放射学可分为血管性及非血管性两大类,只有86人(43.43%)清楚Seldinger穿刺技术。在常见介入手术的知晓情况中,学生对冠状动脉成形术知晓率最高,为83.33%。198人中只有28.28%的人毕业后愿意从事介入放射学工作。其中88.73%的人因职业危害而不选择从事介入放射学工作。

结论:

将介入放射学作为教学的必修课程,介入放射医师直接参与到本科教学中来,才能解决目前介入放射学所面临的诸多问题。

Objective:

To investigate the knowledge and understanding of interventional radiology acquired by medical students in Baotou and to discuss the necessity of offering interventional radiology courses in medical colleges.

Methods:

A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 students in Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in July 2016. The purpose of the survey was to get pertinent information on how much these student know about interventional radiology, and how they acquired such knowledge. The survey also collected their opinions about the standing of interventional radiology in today’s medicine and as well as their future employment orientation, in particular, in interventional radiology.

Results:

This survey collected 236 valid questionnaires with returning rate of 78.66%. Among these returned questionnaires, 198 were aware of interventional radiology, accounting for 83.90%, among which, 127 (64.14%) knew interventional radiology can be divided into vascular and nonvascular, two large categories, however, only 86 (43.43%) knew about Seldinger puncture technique. The awareness rate of coronary angioplasty was 83.33% in the cases of common interventional operation. Only 28.28% of the 198 students answered that they would likely engage in interventional radiology after graduation. The majority expressed their concern about occupational hazards if they choose to engage in interventional radiology.

Conclusions:

Interventional radiology should be added as a compulsory course in medical school curriculum, interventional radiologists should directly involve in the teaching to solve the current problems encountered in the field.
