Clinical analysis of individualized treatment of cardiac cancer with infusion chemotherapy and embolization

Objective

To investigate the effect of left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer.

Methods

A total of 64 cases of cardiac cancer were used the individual plan of left gastric artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization，and were followed up.

Results

In the group，12 cases（18.75%）showed complete remission（CR），48 cases（75.00%）showed partial remission（PR），4 cases（6.25%）showed microrespondence（MR）and stable disease（SD）.The effective rate（CR+PR）was 93.75% （60/64）.

Conclusions

The application of individualized therapeutic effect of left gastric artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer is reliable，small trauma，high safety.It is an important means to be minimally invasive treatment of cardiac cancer，worthy of clinical application.
