上腔静脉综合征(superior vena cava syndrome,SVCS)是由于上腔静脉及其主要属支发生部分或完全阻塞而引起的一组临床症候群。传统治疗以化学治疗和放射治疗为主,但对于病情严重、危及生命的患者,介入治疗因其微创、高效的优势,已逐渐成为首选方案。本文系统综述了恶性SVCS的研究进展,涵盖其临床表现、诊断策略及治疗手段,重点探讨血管介入技术在恶性肿瘤相关SVCS中的疗效与临床价值。

Superior vena cava syndrome (SVCS) comprises the clinical manifestations of partial or complete obstruction of the superior vena cava and its major tributaries. Standard care is based on chemoradiotherapy; however, minimally invasive, highly effective endovascular interventions have become the preferred option for patients with critical compression. This review integrates current evidence on malignant SVCS, mapping its clinical presentation, diagnostic work-up and therapeutic landscape, and critically appraises the efficacy and oncological impact of contemporary endovascular techniques.
