深入了解三级综合医院介入导管室男护士在临床工作中的真实感受,为临床护理管理者提供参考依据。
2020年3月至2020年4月,运用现象学研究法对广东省6家三级综合医院介入导管室12名男护士进行半结构深度访谈,将获取的资料进行分析、总结、归纳。
提炼出介入导管室男护士工作体验的4个主题:男护士存在的优势;工作价值及成就感;压力与应对;期望与支持。
介入导管室男护士有良好的工作体验,来自工作和家庭的压力大,对进修、科研、薪酬具有较高的期望,建议护理管理者适当增加介入导管室男护士比例,稳定和加快男护士队伍建设,加强男护士介入科研及新技术培训,增加男护士的自信心和竞争力,以便最终提高男护士护理服务能力。
To explore male nurses' work experiences and true feelings in interventional catheterization rooms in tertiary general hospital,in order to provide a scientific basis for improving nursing care ability.
From March 2020 to April 2020, a total of 12 male nurses from interventional catheterization room in 6 tertiary general hospitals in Guangdong province were enrolled. The phenomenological approach for qualitative study was applied to interview the objectives. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed, summarized and categorized into several themes.
Four themes were extracted from the work experiences and feelings of male nurses, including gender advantage, sense of achievement, stress and coping strategy, expectation and support.
In interventional catheterization room, male nurses have a good working experience.They are under great pressure from work and family and have high expectations for further education, scientific research, and salary. Male nurses therefore need multi-perspective and multi-dimensional supports, such as appropriately increasing the proportion of male nurses, speeding up construction of talent team, strengthening nursing comprehensive research competence and new technology training, enchaining male nurses' self-confidence, so as to improve male nurses’ nursing service capacity.
