探索一种适合医学影像学教学的新方法。
将2013—2015年在我院实行的62名学生医学影像专业学生随机分为单纯PACS教学组和分组联合PACS系统教学组,后者即在单纯采用PACS教学的基础上,将带教老师分成5个带教团队(神经组、心胸组、腹部组、骨肌组、介入组),将组内同学分配相应教学老师实行一对一教学,轮流替换,采用调查问卷和专业考试测评方式考察两组的教学效果。
分组联合PACS教学组的调查问卷得分为(7.98±2.81)分,明显高于单纯PACS教学组的(6.25±2.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.449,P<0.01),分组联合PACS教学组的考试成绩得分为(11.97±4.75)分,明显高于单纯PACS教学组的(10.25±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.393,P<0.05)。
分组带教结合PACS系统教学模式是一种教学模式的创新,调动了学生的积极性,教学质量明显提高,对影像人才的教学培养具有重要价值。
To explore a new and applicable method that favors for radiology education.
62 medical imaging students were randomly divided into the normal PACS group and the Combined PACS and separate teaching group between 2013 and 2015, then questionnaire and performance evaluation results were recorded and analyzed.
Combinedg PACS and separate group teaching method questionnaire scores (7.98±2.81), which is significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Combined PACS and separate group teaching method performance evaluation scores (11.97±4.75), which is also significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01).
Combined PACS and separate group teaching method is a creative education mode that motivates the students’ initiatives and improves the teaching quality. It plays an important role in promoting talented radiology personnel.
